I guess I could have been a little clearer – I googled Rogue to show Merri exactly what I meant by ‘boob pockets’ and some of the pictures I found placed a little too much emphasis on Rogue’s hoo-ha, you know? Not QUITE a camel toe, now that I’m looking at the full size, but you know. Still. Unnecessary, especially when she’s got the boob pockets to boot.

Also, I love that. When you put silly costumes on dudes you understand just precisely how silly they are, it’s just that we don’t notice it when we see it on women because we’re used to it.

Agreed, that IS unnecessary. Also, I’ve never been interested in the Marvel universe (until Ms Marvel and Thor now), but I must say, cameltoes and boob pockets aside, Rogue looks awesome 🙂 Great episode, btw!

EEEEEEEEEE!!! Just listening to this now and Missy just mentioned the Chrestomanci books and YAY FOR EVERYTHING DIANNA WYNNE JONES!

DIANNA WYNNE JONES IS SO GOOD. I love the Chrestomanci books SO MUCH. They really deserve a re-read, but I also have to re-read the Howl’s Moving Castle books. It’s been so long since I read a Dianna Wynne Jones books and I need to remedy that like now.
